Caviar Delivery & Storage Information
We aim to deliver your caviar within two working days of placing your order.
Please note, if your order is placed on a Friday, weekend, or Bank Holiday, delivery will take place on the second working day following your order.
During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to get your caviar to you as quickly as possible.
Our fresh caviar comes with a 3-month Best Before date when stored at the recommended temperature of -3°C. If your fridge runs warmer (around +5°C), please be aware that this can shorten the shelf life. Caviar begins to freeze at approximately -9°C, due to its natural oil and salt content.
Once opened, we recommend enjoying your caviar within 3–5 days, as it will begin to oxidise.
We ship via DHL or FedEx overnight service, Monday through Thursday, using thermo-insulated packaging designed to maintain the cold chain and ensure your caviar arrives in peak condition.
While caviar is a preserved product (thanks to its salt content) and is less perishable than fresh fish or shellfish, proper handling and timely delivery remain a priority.
We usually dispatch orders on the same day, but during peak times it may take up to 48–72 hours.
Once your parcel is collected by the courier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
If you'd like to request a specific delivery date, you’ll find a message box at checkout where you can share your preference.
We'll do our best to accommodate it!
While we carefully select and vet the delivery services we use, our responsibility ends once your order is handed over to the carrier.
From that point on, the courier's terms and conditions apply.
